Can be rotated ~ 45 degrees when attached. Fixed to the holes in the bicycle frame (those intended for e.g. a water bottle basket) with the screws included in the kit.

You can carry a protection and a water bottle … the base also has two more sockets for screwing the water bottle basket.

The contact points with the frame are secured with thick rubber bands (stabilization and protection of the paint) – made of durable plastic
